The Clearing, is a radio show on calotropis.xyz that broadcasts live from The Mist. It started as a reading series at the end of 2019 inspired by The Sermon on The Clearing by Baby Suggs in Toni Morrison's Beloved. It was revived as a broader gathering taking the form of a nautonomat- a spaceship of the imagination- bringing together music, reading, performance, and a sense of community. The spaceship is currently steered by Bizi Bingi and Moige
