As Nairobi's music scene continues to grow, we must talk about how to better care for ourselves and each other. Health and wellbeing challenges like depression, anxiety, and substance abuse are rising in the creative sector, worsened by stigma, safety concerns, and unstable work and incomes. In this interactive panel we will invite your perspectives as we collaboratively explore what works, what doesn’t and our shared responsibility for building a supportive and resilient creative community.
