Ng’at Maler is a Nairobi-based multidisciplinary artist working across experimental sound, live performance, and electronic music, whose solo practice blends atmospheric textures and hypnotic rhythms, often interwoven with field recordings collected during his travels across Kenya. As one half of the experimental duo ¡AC! and a member of the DJ and production collective L3GS, he is a regular presence on key underground and alternative platforms including The Mist, KODA, Beneath The Baobabs Festival, and Kaleidoscope Festival in Kilifi. Deeply grounded in Nairobi’s electronic music ecosystem as both an educator and audio engineer, Ng’at Maler’s affinity for sound positions him as a distinct sonic sojourner whose creations and selections traverse the breadth of electronic music.
