Archipel Arpeggio
"Archipel Arpeggio" is a performance with a self-developed digital instrument which uses a spherical, multidirectional loudspeaker. This loudspeaker's property is that it creates bundled sound beams that cause strong sound reflections in the space, turning it into an acoustically rich experience. The speaker and the performer are moving among the audience during the performance, which highlights the spatial characteristics of the instrument. Neither the performer, not the speaker should thus be positioned on a stage area. The performance is based on a structured improvisation.
