Steph Unruly is the Chief of Staff at HustleSasa, a ticketing and creative commerce platform powering live entertainment experiences across Africa. She leads the company's cross-functional strategy and execution while also serving as the Regional Project Manager for their investor, Jägermeister, across 4 markets on the continent (Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda & Kenya). As PM, she oversees select brand experiential programs and cultural campaigns centered around nightlife. Her role at HustleSasa also involves activating the Ngara Art District and supporting live music programming at The Alchemist.

Beyond HustleSasa, Steph is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Phauria, where she works closely with emerging African artists on strategy, growth and career development. Some notable signees on the Phauria roster include Lil Maina & Danski. Steph's work cuts across culture, commerce and community — building platforms, experiences and ecosystems that move the continent's creative industry forward.

Steph owes her evolving career path to music as she first made an appearance on the Kenyan entertainment scene as a talented rapper with a broad sound palette. This beginning actively contributed to the creative landscape she now helps shape professionally. As a rapper, Steph has collaborated with many local and international artists including Kahush, Üzrr, Ayüü (Nigeria) and Koffeebean (Ghana/Canada), bringing a diverse cultural perspective to both her artistry and industry work.
