Paul Kauka

Paul is an experienced Human Rights and Development expert with over ten years in justice, policy reform, and social impact initiatives in Kenya. Currently a Senior Programme Officer and MEAL Officer at the Legal Resources Foundation Trust (LRF), he oversees major programs, manages multidisciplinary teams, and leads monitoring, evaluation, and advocacy efforts to improve access to justice for marginalized groups. Paul serves on the Global Reference Group for the End of Term Evaluation of the Voices of Just Climate Action (VCA) programme and is part of the Global Action Platform on Radicalisation through Detention Centres (RDC). He has contributed to national initiatives, such as the National Steering Committee on Alternative Justice Systems (NaSCI-AJS) and holds a law degree from the University of Nairobi.
