Since 2016, mokeyanju is an avid crate digger with a collection of records from Nigeria, Trinidad & Tobago, Tanzania, Kenya, Congo, Brazil and beyond - coming across the trajectories of Highlife, Calypso, Benga, Soukous, Rumba and Electronica. As a frequent host of Refuge Worldwide's Breakfast Show, her eclectic taste spans genres of polyrhythmic joy.

She has played memorable sets for Dekmantel Selectors, Blinky Bill, The Cavemen and worldwide: Jo’burg, Lagos, Accra, Ljubljana, Tisno, Point Fortin (Trinidad), Mombasa, Nairobi, Bahia, Zanzibar and more.
